Fairfield Inn & Suites By Marriott Savannah Midtown, Savannah

This hotel is a gem! It’s tucked away near the historic district, close to everything Savannah has to offer. The rooms are sleek with stand-up showers, providing a modern touch. The customer service is top-notch, making me feel like a valued guest. However, there was uncertainty about service restoration. The dining experience exceeded expectations with delightful local flavors. The facilities are well-equipped, and additional services like dry cleaning and shops added convenience to my stay.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms were equipped with a stand-up shower instead of a tub, which was quite convenient, the lack of information regarding the service's availability was unsettling. On the bright side, the staff provided excellent customer service and even offered complimentary services like dry cleaning and a welcome drink. The location, though a bit tucked away at the narrow side of the cafeteria, was close to a shopping center and ideal for an overnight stay in Savannah. I did appreciate its proximity to the historic downtown area. The dining options were basic but included bread, and the facilities overall were sufficient for my needs.
